Just because most people are getting
rediculous outcomes doesn’t mean the dice are actually random. Infact programs are never truly random.
the dice are random the only problem here is 40k does not know what random is
12v1 losing is not random. if you do it twice
I calculate that losing 12v1, that is, losing all 12 armies on an attack against 1, is over 10 million to one. 12v2 is considerably less. Losing a 12v1 is suspicious, but it can happen. It would be interesting if the administrators had statistics of 12v1 attacks (i.e., how many win, how many lose all the way, how many quit on the way) to see if there is a "non-random" trend.
Definitely suspicious, but until someone shows a scientifically acquired dataset, its still just an anecdote
