Concerning self-termination

I haven't looked through all 70 pages of topics in this forum, so maybe my question is already answered...

If a players last territory is a "revert to neutral"-territory, is he then automatically terminated at the start of his turn? And if he is, who gets the spoils and (in a terminator game) the points?

I admit that I don't ever expect to end up in this situation, and I guess it's very rare, so this is in fact mostly quiet academical.

it happens... quite often in fact. I am also a member of the informal club of people who have eliminated themselves.
the points for to the victor of the game, the last man standing. The cards remaining are lost.

So who gets the points if this happens in Terminator games? The victor of the game?
