Dice rolling has been slower for me recently too. Maybe it only affects Europe...

Send the details on over in a Bug Report so Lack can have a look at it. The more details about what actions you are doing, when you are doing them, etc, the better!

This seems like an ongoing problem that is never fixed.

CC is slow when...

Large numbers of dice are rolled

Large numbers of men are loading such as Hive or long stale games

Looking for active and waiting speed games

Random times when it just wants to time out

Reading forums with photos in the post

having to login when going from the forums to my games(this is a constant thing and never seemingly with any pattern

Other times I am forgetting

Overall good speed, but it does seem to have way more problems than other sites I frequent.
