that when you know you have a game wrapped up and won, the other player/team is no where to be found to finish the game, but when you lost the game, the other player/team is monitering the game and waiting for you to push the end turn button so they can collect the points. in most cases, the player that lost will even wait till time expires before they move.

yea, mostly when its down to 2-3 players and you're the dominant one they keep taking their turn after 23 hours ... This makes me login as often just to see if he moved ... This is how we're taking the server down ... lol

No. But then again, I don't play freestyle either.

I think it's a psychological thing, to be honest. I've more often seen players who are all but dead take their turns in a timely manner and accept defeat with honor than I've seen people intentionally sandbag. But, like the good dice bad dice thing, we tend to remember only the bastards that waited until half an hour was left for their turn, thus denying the victor the spoils.

All I know is that, when I find myself avoiding a game because I know it's lost, then it's time to suck it up and take my turn. Just tryin' to be a positive member of the community.
