I remember a while back in the "Most Consecutive Posts" game thread waiting what I think was 30 seconds. It seems like a reasonable number to go by, but I'm not exactly sure.

Yepp... This might be a thread where I want someone who is sure to give me a time in seconds...

Absolutely not... It's for the most consecutive posts thread.

Wouldn't it be a simple matter for you to simply test this yourself? Seems like it would be easier than sitting around waiting for a definitive answer.

No. Testing myself takes time. I also have to account for delay of posting and typing and submitting and sending.

Thanks, AoG. You always know just what I need.

If it were to take you more than three or four minutes, you're an idiot. Seriously.

No you don't. That time is inherent to what you're doing. The ONLY thing that matters is what time your previous post was submitted and what time your currently-attempted post is submitted. Anything that happens in between those two items is thoroughly irrelevant.

You do realize that AoG simply told you what you've been previously told, right? Just because it did it in a more confident manner makes you believe him more than the other individual? If so...why? I could have confidently told you 15 seconds, and you'd have believed that?

Let's slow down here Woodruff, this topic is about theherkman asking to know what the time was between posts, not a thread to develop into a debate of who theherkman believes for what and why.
