it is random there is no way to guarantee what order it will go in.

When the deploying round has ended, the game will start just as random as Automatic Sequential. The troops will be placed differently, but that doesn't effect the randomness. You probably mean: does it matter when you place your troops in the deploying round? No, it doesn't. And that is a good thing!
