tournament help!!

I'm planning run a tournament and I did the schedule in microsoft work. How can I send that schedule to the members of my tournament via post tournament thread. Or for example how can I put this table in here or whatever picture or imagen here in this post thread?

The only thing I know of is to maybe host it on docs.google.com (a free service by Google).
You can change it so that some can see the table without being able to make any edits. Other than that, you would have to store your file as in image with a URL and use the img tags to display it. Good luck on your tournament!
