Sacrifice your firstborn to the dice gods?

This part is key - make sure you go first

Round 1: Use your deployment of 4 armies to help you take 4 enemy regions
Round 2: Hold North America; deploy 10 armies to help you take 7 enemy regions, plus a neutral in australia to round out that bonus.
Round 3: Hold NA and Oz; deploy 15 armies to help you take the remaining 4 enemy regions.

The EASIEST way to win in 3 rounds on ANY map is simple:

Have the person you are playing against deadbeat.
