Question: Is there a way to withold ppl from reserving and/or inviting ppl to games created by me ??

negative, obviously you could invite people to your games and then its no longer possible, because all the slots will be reserved. Otherwise sorry, no

seems I have a suggestion to make cc a little more nice here...
again someone joined my game and reserved slots for whoever.makes me wait longer to start this game.If someone doesn´t like you....
maybe its possible to add a small option in "start a game" screen ??

you could buy premium and password protect your games. Also you can PM the person who is inviting other players and ask him nicely to stop doing so. If that should fail contact a moderator or Mod (like me) and we will take it from there.
On a side note, reserves and invites only last a short while so you can fill the games when they fill out.

However your suggestion, gamecreation option "Do not allow invites" has merit and you could make a post about this in the suggestions forum.
