It's what happens when your score drops below 800.

usually when you only win 4 out of 30+ games you will be a cook.

Every time you lose a game you lose points, the equation is something like: Losers score divided by winners score times twenty.
Not 100% sure but a quick test looks about right.
2223/778*20 = 57

So if you, high cook, beat me, mid major, you'd get 57 points

Basically, if you lose to somone with the same amount of points as you you'll lose 20 points. The higher your opponents score the less you'll lose (and the more you'll potentially win.)

Right now you are 22 points away from Cadet.

001-799 Cook
800-899 Cadet
900-999 Private
