A player on my foe list was able to join a dubs game i started. I suspect he was invited to join. Does the invite method circumvent the foe?

I'm not sure about the invite system...however, was it a tournament game? I know that tournament games ignore foe lists.

Before the invitation system was revamped, it blocked ppl from joining the game regardless I believe. they are looking at changes to the invitation system and one is to patch this hole you are talking about I believe.

to start with the last part and the shortest possible awnser.. yes.... and no (at the same time, but under different circumstances)

yes, foe list and invites did not work as some might have intended it to work, so there are some proposals to fix that and also fix some other problems, like inviting half teams and stuff.
no, the old invites should not circumvent your foelist, but maybe it was a tourny game, or maybe it was actually a bug. I cannot tell. can you give me the game number and the person you had foe'd and i can investigate.
