I have about 92 people right now.
I used to have very little, but then came several waves of people who were accused of ratings abuse and I decided to foe most of them. Some others on my foe were busted multis I didn't bother to remove (in case they bought premium again).

I have 5 people on my foe list... most of them I don't even remember why, but one of them is Klobber.

Klobber was the very first player i foed

the rest are on my list because they cry about getting attacked or are bad teammates

I had five... but now I deleted them... I hardly ever foe ppl... mainly cuz it's so troublesome

I got 12.I don't care if they play badly.Its just when I become an object of desire in a game.I need to cut all that out and foe them.
As for the ObX quote.Any many then 12 is to much.

i have 6 i think players i foe are players that

1)foe me then join my games this takes the piss a bit
2)racist remarks
3)spam of my pm or wall(only after i have warned them 2 stop and they carry on)

Over 100, mainly from playing FS or Esc games where they noob into stacks.

Always funny when you have someone ask to be taken off, when you say no, they call you a cunt.

When we had the Ignore List back in the day, that had similar function to the Foe List, I think I had 5 people on it that just made my games unfun. With the Foe List, I have no one, and I've been lucky enough that I haven't desired to put anyone on it if I could!

About 15, half for gameplay, half because i dont want to read through their verbal vomit they spew on the forums.

I've got 54 people on it. It's a healthy mix of played them and didn't like the way they were acting, people who were dicks in the forum, and quite a few from the cheating and abuse forum.

And no, never have I ran around on a map, aimlessly knocking out big stacks where there was nothing to gain from it.

Not everyone is a risk virgin when they sign up on this site...if people cant play the game, then I don't wanna play with them. Pretty simple.
