Is there a way to get report players that don't actually play? I have played like 6 guys in the past week that join the site, join one game and then don't ever get on again... its extremely annoying...

Making large games, simply joining games with no NRs in them always helps.
And no, if a new player joins but never comes back to take their turns, they are not breaking the rules UNLESS
a)you have proof that they are multis/conducting secret diplomacy with other players
b)they are intentionally deadbeating (a LOT of games will be needed as evidence for this)

actually, yes you can always report players, even if they do not play games.
Multi's break the rules by just existing, however sometimes there is not enough data to connect them to an existing player so sometimes you get a noted instead of busted comment.
Still if you think some are multi's please report them.
If you have any idea's on how to limit the amount of people who only play one game and never return, please post them in the suggestions forum.
Other then that i do not know how to avoid played people only once.. if they deadbeat in you game welcome the free points.
