1v1 vs. group games

I was wondering what players here think is the most strategic, either 1v1 or multi-player games? Also, sequential or freestyle, which one offers more for strategy compared to luck?

1v1 is a luck box seq...
well its a luck box assuming both players have some kind of knowledge on how to play.
But a 1v1 can be ruined right away with a bad drop and not getting first turn

larger games definitely require more strategy. It's as simple as, more opponents = more possibilities to consider = more strategy involved.
