Conquer Club

Hello. This question came to me just earlier. In an assassin game, if a player is kicked due to missing turns, violating the rules, what have you. What happens to the game? Does the player who had to kill that kicked player automatically win, do they get that players target? This has never happened to me before, so I am curious as to know.
