In the world 2.0 map is Irkutsk able to attack Korea?

According to the Map xml, it cannot. The link to the xml is below, so you can check the borders yourself.

Actually.... an even better way would be to go here, http://www.multiblah.com/cc_tester/

Put in http://www.conquerclub.com/maps/World_2_0.xml for the xml file.

and

http://www.conquerclub.com/maps/World_2_0.L.jpg for the Map large image file.
I prefer visual aids myself, so hopefully that helps.
