What's wrong with my signature

I want to put an image as my signature, and I've tried over and over again to get it to work, here's what I have down:

Clearly, there's a picture, but it doesn't show up for my signature.
No picture shows up, just the url.
I have this: http://i973.photobucket.com/albums/ae21 ... 1277081961]
written between the image tags.
Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks

Signatures are only allowed a certain height and width,
