Worst Case Stalemate?

Ok, I have never encountered this, but the thought of it is kinda eating away at me. Has anyone played on a map which had (or currently has?) The potential of leaving all players on the map with 0 troop deployment per turn? I was thinking that when I was playing the USApocalypse map, and was wondering what would happen on a map if this potential "kill screen" type event were to happen. Would this mean the last person who doesn't deadbeat wins? Obviously, if deployment were to drop to zero and all of your troops were 1's, you would be in a pretty bad situation, if you don't mind my understatement ;)

I don't think this has ever actually happened before.

It seems more likely that all remaining players would get stuck on regions which cannot attack, such as the cannons on the Waterloo map - this would require a third party to deadbeat out of the game, but it is still possible.

You always get at least 1 troop of troop deployment, even if your bonus is 0 or -6.

So, does that mean that this issue has been addressed? I had a zero deployment issue happen way back when while playing Conquerman: check Game 1649762

I'm not sure what the policy is of stalemate games, maybe if you asked nicely Lackattack would delete the game.
