Two days ago our clan was informed that khazalid was in the hospital and was literally in a fight for his life. I am going to spare you the details for obvious reasons, but I can tell you that he has contracted bacterial meningitis. According to his father, forbert, his condition has been touch and go for the last couple of days, but now he is doing a little better. His father has given his permission that this news be made public.

if you want this on public boards not a problem. even if they don't know khaz and read up about meningitis it will be worth it....Cheers, forbert

I was informed of his health a few days ago, and I too was shocked to hear that! I'll express my deepest wishes for him to get well soon here too. May he regain health very soon!

meningitis is horrible and even when you recover you are never quite the same. my son's mother contracted it, and it was probably the scariest moment of my adult life... best to Khaz and his family... i hope he pulls through...-the black jesus

i wish him and his family the best

one of the scariest nights of my life occurred during senior yr of college. a friend of mine and myself rushed a girl we knew to the hospital. she was in a very bad state. at first we thought she was extremely drunk but her friend insisted she was drinking, did no drugs, etc
couple days later we found out she had spinal menigitis.

Dammit Khaz... Get well soon. We need your humor around the forums and CC. We got some more games to play before you can leave us.

Also, GET VACCINATED! The bacterial form spreads often in collge dorms. Unless you have a health condition that prevents vaccination, do it!
