A problem: People logging off.

I have a problem.

I play quite a few one on one casual freestyle. Mainly against ranks higher than myself. Now when they start to lose or lose the upper hand they take a quick turn and end it and go offline till a time when im not pressing refresh every 5 minutes and ulitmately because im not there to place my troops in defence I lose. Any other situation like this i will win.

I know its casual and so it's 24 hours but I am sick and tired of people beating me with this underhand trick. The ironic thing is usually their captains and above so quite a few people must have had this problem.

Can anyone help me?
