question?

Here is a new thought that has occurred to me in a state of pure confusion:

suppose i am taking a turn and i eliminate another player... in get his cards. so now lets say i have 5 cards and i have to cash in...../

so far so good we are all on the same page right.

but for some reason the phone rings or i pass out and the time expires.....

what happens to my cards? does the system automatically choose the set? and if it does not does that mean next round i get start with 5 cards?

Well the only reason you have to cash them mid turn would be because you would get another one at the end of your turn so… You should start with 5.

the real question is how could you ever let yourself pass out in the middle of a risk turn, especially if you have cards to trade.....omg, dude you need to get your shit together....

Me, maniacmath17, and Jaydog answered this question already.

Jay had 4 cards, and eliminated me with 5 cards. He waited with 9 cards until the time ran our for his turn, then started the next round with 9 cards.

You would have to forfeit a card that you should have received for that turn, but other than that it could be a pretty decent strategy, especially in escalating.

its a good thing no one eliminated him with 4 cards of their own...cashing 4 sets may have been hard to beat
