There's nothing like playing on a fairly large map with 6 or more players with escalating spoils and go for the sweep after about 13 rounds, and taking everyone out in a single round

! It takes planning, calculation, timing and sometimes a bit of luck, but it's definitely worth all the effort if you get it right! Does anyone else here have the same affection

for sweeps as I have? And how many territs have you conquered at most in a single round? My record is 109 on Supermax: Prison Riot! Game 5118140 If you look at the chat you'll see that I was cocky enough to foresee it aswell

I'm 0/16 in standard 4 or more players escalating.

It seems like every time I try to eliminate a player that'll give me the next set to start the sweep, I get really bad dice.

a sweep like that is great !
Had a similar one on supermax : Game 5970669
But this was a teams game, I started with 7 and almost sweeped the board. I took 103 terr's and won the game the turn after that!

It's not an easy map to make sweeps on because a lot of times you have a territ in the way somewhere and it's often hard to get around your own territs on a map with many tight corners!

That's where the luck comes into play, you can start a round with good odds of making a sweep but get busted due to bad dice! Has happend to me aswell but most of the times I seem to get it done

! I looked up my stats on standard 4 or more players escalating and found that I was 23/56 which gives me a 41% win%! Not to brag or anything

Everyones waiting for the right time and if the spoils are big enough on your shot and someone is weak enough to take out then your all good, Its luck if its your shot when this happens, its luck if you get good dice.

I've seen a lot of players pass up on or not even noticing such opportunities which in turn gave me the chance! So a lot of times it's not just luck to make a sweep! And sometimes if you're foreseeing you can "protect" an area to prevent a sweep beeing possible for anyone but yourself! It's not all luck sometimes you have to work for a sweep several rounds before you can cash it in! Whenever I play games with a large number of players in it I always try to win with a sweep! I lose my points on those darn 1vs1 games!

You're 27/122 (22%) on 4 or more players standard escalating games so I guess that's why you don't like the sweep very much

! Maybe you just haven't understood how to use it

115 from 444 (26%) Serial Killer (63%) Equalitarian (0.888)

oh wait...
i don't do many 4 or 5 player... lets see how it looks with only 6+
95 from 403 (24%) Serial Killer (61%) Equalitarian (0.901)
oh yeah... that's better 8-)

i get much more pleasure sweeping the board when there are 6 players still in the game,
cascading the collection of cashes into victory...

ohhhh it feels soooooooooo good when that happens...

This is why I avoid escalating games. But I have done a "sweep" in a Flat Rate game, which no one expected...nine cards in flat rate is not bad.

Amen on that! There's really nothing on CC as satisfying as a sweep!! If you pull it off, you've won a lot of points and done it with style 8-)

Master Fenrir that was one impressive sweep how many territs did you conquer in that round? The most biggest sweep I've seen so far was made by RedBaron0, he took down 121 territs in one round! I actually found that game Game 1485109 ! He also did it on Conquerman.

) would be nice to play a game with "the creator"

OH MY GOSH YES!
i used to grind feudal 6 players so sweep is pretty much standard but thisone Game 6535465 was the first that sprang to mind i did in the kind of recent past.. from my phone.. i had no internet in my new flat so kind of forced my hand..
all of you who use bob knows how much easier it gets to calculate how and where to move (hell even localizing your preferred target by hovering their name and yours repeatedly)
yeah thatone was good (and a couple of half-decent players in there aswell

) .. also this was one of the better.. Game 5828084 not a standard but a dbs and that almost makes the feeling more intense since you will have to explain to your partner what the f you where thinking if it goes south

I had 28 terts and a cash. Got 3 more cashes and the dice and all the kills.
