From Trolling and baiting section:
If someone is trolling or baiting, don't fall for it. The best way to piss off a troll is to ignore them. They are just sad little children who don't get enough attention from their mothers and so are trying to get it from you. Ignore them and it will hurt more than any "zing" you might come back with.
Is this not flaming all trolls? Its accurate enough of course, but doesn't it come close to the anti-flaming rules that immediately follow? It seems to be personal enough, seems to attack the person(the troll) and certainly seems only to bait them or anger them, ie. the exact definition of a flame.
I wonder if it perhaps also opens a loophole for calling someone a "little child who didn't get enough attention from their mother". Surely if its done in the regulations, it would be difficult to warn someone for doing it based on the same regulations....not to say impossible.
I don't really think it does open the loophole, but I do wonder if perhaps leaving that line is a mistake. Other than that, they seem very professional and quite easy to follow....err...understand.
