is this a violation of tournement rules. i know you can exclude anybody you want but does the comment in red made by said player not cancel that rule out.

The tournement organizer does have authority on whom not to include. E.g. anybody on my foelist will never make it into a tournement of mine..
whoever, that red line does seem to be contradictionary..i dunno really

Basically, organiser isn't forbidden to deny entry and organiser has the right to change the rules of his/her tournament as he/she sees fit.

Overall I see denying entry to tournaments like this. If he says "all welcome" but doesn't let you in then he is a jerk. If he hadn't added that sentence and wouldn't let you in without a great reasons, he still would be a jerk. If you've done someting annoying in his previous tournament(s) and he doesn't let you in then I support his decision.

i have done nothing wrong in his previous 1 tournement i have hosted and he ussually says people on his blacklist is not allowd but i did not even know i was on it as only joined one tournement he hosted a couple of weeks ago no problem and only ever played in one game with him. that is still going on.

That is rude of the TO and should not have happened because he said everyone is welcome. But eddie, you annoy and piss off everyone in the forum even before they read your comments because of that painful avi, and then your comments often aren't the nicest either, eventually someone's gonna get mad at you and retaliate, like not letting you in their tournament. Like I said, though, the TO shouldn't have said everyone is welcome if not everyone is welcome, but it's not against the rules, just rude.
