Conquer Club

How come if some loser leaves you a negative feedback you are not allowed to leave him one? Is all negative feedback one-sided? Also, you recommend being active in the game chat, but when it pisses someone off and prompts them to leave negative feedback I am reprimanded when I leave negative feedback because someone deems it "retalitory feedback" Why can't one defend theirselves?
