Um, well I have never owned Pokemon cards and I have no clue what Manga cards are.

I guess Fircoal will teach me a thing or two about them.

Judging by the change in my title, I'd guess that this particular school has the same requirements to be considered a "cool kid", as the one which I attended in rl: be rich.

I'd like to but they both seem to be the type that would have both their lunches and their actual money taken away from them.
