For Blitz himself he applies the "on the way" rule. For us, mere mortals, we have to receive them first :lol:

It has been updated, but since it's Thanksgiving I'm waiting a day or two to send Steelhorse the medals to hand out.

Blitz, apparently it was a medal for winning Around All CC’s Maps: Doodle Earth.

Looks like it was credited inappropriately. Incidentally, HA won it here : viewtopic.php?f=92&t=81379.
