I like this idea...I do agree with Blitz on the number of players. I think 100 would be too much and peoples interest in the games might not be as great....... people will get excited about watching great players (you don't go to sport venues to see the good players...you go because you love the greats of the game, and the game it self) I also think it's good because it gives players more to strive for to get up to the top 20 or 30 whatever it may be...so yes I like this idea.......but it does need more brain storming!

Im not one to spend much time reaqding posts and stuff as i have a business to run. (small one but it pays the bills) But this thread needs a reality check it seems to me.


I have done some looking in to this matter of makeing 4000 points. It has taken all the resources of my vast network of friends and family and we have found out the reason Blits has somany points. HE IS GOD! thats right no other way to explain it....

How many games it took is a much more important criterion I think.

But anyway, the reason I said it should be # of games instead of # of days is because someone who plays twice as many games at a time wouldn't be better in my book than a person who reached 3000 just after them in # of days. Anyway, it doesn't really matter because you can't go back and calculate how many games the person had when they first reached 3000 (at least not with the ease of how many days it took them)

I will gladly answer your questions.

First, I really don't have any desire to be on a "super elite list", at least not at this time. I don't consider myself at all "elite"; I'm a decent player with a high score, only because I enjoy playing team games and we find ourselves with a scoring system that definitely favors team games!

Secondly, I had placed you on my ignore list at a time when I was teaming with anyone who wanted to partner with me. For those of you that know me or who have read previous posts, you know that I do everything I can to play on a "level playing field". I didn't consider it a level paying field to have random partners playing against a "veteran" team.

It is my understanding that you are a great guy too (although from what I read, Dugcarr might disagree! lol). My actions were in no way personal - how could they be - I believe the is the VERY FIRST time we have ever communicated with each other - which now brings me to a question I hope you will answer.

Why did you find it necessary to message me privately AS WELL as in this forum? I would have thought your private message would have been good enough, except that for some reason you wanted everyone to view your queries?

I pm'd you privately cause I wasn't sure you'd see this post since we both rarely in the forum. And you have the veteran teammates, not me, I play with newbies and lower ranks as well as solid players,a varierty, I am always having new teammates to coordinate game plans and enhance their level of play. I get a constant bombardment of players pm'ing me asking me to team with them, I simply can't help them all, but try to get in some as much I can, as evidenced by me losing over 800 points, well 880 points, almost 900, ugh, so to me we are not veteran teams as my teammates fluctuate often and some I have no idea how they play, so I take risks on some and we play and have fun.

As far as super elite, the name could be suggested but you need the votes too and have to win singles game in escalating, so it is a long out process, not guarenteed you'd get in anyways, but was curious on the ignore,you have the veteran teams with constant teammates being the same, not me, but that's your right if you don't want to play me, no biggie, GL, peace Jork .

I'm not commenting about who you play with now! I have no idea, don't care and I certainly do not check up on you. lol

But when we "did" play together in the past, I had the random partners and you were playing with veterans or so it seemed, and I thought to myself "hmm - well this doesn't seem very fair!" so I put you on ignore.
