i was pretty sure that posting the "F" word or the "N" word was a violation of the bigotry guidelines.. however, an admin explained to me that if it isn't directed at anyone it isn't offensive. this admin is obviously not a person of colour as i am, it is highly offensive. i thought that was made clear in the bigotry guidelines, i guess i was wrong. am i the only one that was under the impression that simply posting the words was enough to receive a step up the scale? and if so, just wondering when the bigotry guidelines changed...-el Jesus negro

please explain to me how asking a valid question that is on topic within the thread is trolling. it seems CC's newest catch all for every and anything is "troll" or "trolling". i thought the bigotry guidelines were pretty strict and had been being enforced quite well, and then i was told something totally contrary to past rulings. so, i guess questioning CC is now trolling. i already learned that criticizing them was considered trolling, i had no idea a valid question that was on topic was also trolling.-The Black Jesus

You're a smart enough guy to realize that context matters when using certain curse words. Also, you're smart enough to realize that mods aren't automatons who have zero concern about the bearing which context brings for any disciplinary action.

You're smart enough to understand why your acts were banned because it's not the message itself which got you banned; it's how you delivered it. AoG can "get away" with posting words like "nigger" and "cunt" and "f*ck" because it depends on why he's saying these words. AoG isn't inflicting significant harm because his intentions are good.
