sorry if my tone was on the flame-side. I really shouldn't flame people for purchasing premium!

i was frustrated because this comes up over and over when people pay via bank account. clearly i need to improve the way i communicate the payment process.

Not necessarily. There are some instances with sheep, but this isnt one of them.
