well the mods are just players like you and me that have chosen, and been chosen to make the official decisions, but this place is to a large extent community regulated. The moderators work with other players to decide what is best for the site, and what the majority like. Also, in cases like this, the community jumps in to offer their opinion. In this case.... most seem to think asking teammates to suicide into other players is cheating.
There really is no question if it is cheating, since its a clear violation of the no secret alliance rule, and no throwing game rules. So the only possible way there is no cheating here, is if the players who came forward that said krusher asked them to attack other players are lying.

I dont. I believe that many people saw suspicious behavior, and then two people admitted it. Punishment by the moderators will be the official punishment, but it is important for players to post disapproval of such things to discourage it from happening in the future. Im all for making sure theres just reason to make such accusations, and in this case, its pretty clear there is.
If players cheat, or act unsportsmanlike, or do any number of negative things... the community will call them out. Its how such behavior is kept in check.
That being said. Krusher's a 16 year old kid... I more or less expect such behavior from kids....as seriously as some of us take CC, it is just a game in the end...he'll almost certainly will lose his premium, and be blocked, and have a score reset as suggested. And he will either come back and play by the rules, or get busted again and be banned forever. Ive seen many players come and go, and do some damage in their time here, but the negative ones, always burn out after a while, and the better players will always persevere.
In any case, hopefully he learned his lesson, and hopefully those thinking they can do the same thing, realize they can probably get away with it for a short time, but it will mean being ignored by most players, and hated and flamed by many.
Hopefully he isnt as dishonest in real life, as he has been in here, but there are many people without character in the world... if he wants to be one of them... so be it...
