proud cooks asso.

Postby canadian bacon on Thu Apr 15, 2010 9:19 pm

Hello, I'm canadian bacon, and i am a proud cook.

I'm proud to have lost to many high ranked people much better than most, because where is the fun in a game without a challenge?

So if you too are a proud cook raise your spatula and lift your voice! crustulum infinitio.

My view will always be the same.

You are a bad player if you are a cook. It is impossible to be a cook and be a good player.

Seulessliathan, you know I respect you. But either this guy ISN'T that good or he's intentionally keeping himself at the rank of cook. There is no way around it.

the trouble with a cook in a teamgame is, from the perspective of the cook, he will loose a lot of points if he lossess, but gains little when he wins.
obviously, if paired with a high ranker.
which is why many high rankers have such low rank teammates. they loose less points compaired to their rank and win points.

obviously a rating below 800, that requires a lot of work, or freestyle quads...

i have no idea what he did in his other games, but i have a 100% record with that guy. (ok, only 3 games, but we were a good team in these 3 games)
with players like Scott-Land (63%) or laddida (51%) my record is worse, or with Chariot of Fire (36%)

perhaps he doesn“t do well in standard games, or he isn“t the leader charakter in team games, but from my point of view there is nothing to complain about this guy.
maybe you set up a game with him and see how it goes Woodruff

Typical cook reaction--better check what I play--lol

Honestly, the amount of points a cook makes on a win vs. what they lose--like I said it is almost impossible to be a cook and not be a bad player--sorry if this hurts your feelings, but it is reality.

Game 6750104

i may not be as good as a general or the like but i'm not as bad as you think i am. more often than not my losses are to very high ranks.....or just outright failures of teammates. and you know what? i like it that way.

Or maybe this is your issue:

Attendance:
91% of turns taken

I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt--lol

Lets get this straight--your a good player-but your a cook
missing turns is not an excuse yet you have missed 9% of all your turns

I can never look as bad as you --lol

if i do remember correctly (which i may very well not) you moved up to cadet because of our team game, am i right? i have yet to meet someone who plays as well as you Canadian Bacon, wether it is in real life or on this site (and while i havent played alot on the site, ive played some generals too) we all forget that this is a game of chance, just like anything else that involves dice. Ive played what, five real-life games with you now, and two on here, and i have yet to see bad logic in your games. it ultimately comes down to dicerolls and we all have bad days. ill let you make me a sammich any time Canadian Bacon. :)
