Are you using Visa, MC, or a debit card of either of those? What message are you getting?

prisonbreak, can you submit a ticket so that we can work through it?

Lack is the only one who has access to the stuff that can fix any problem you might have.

Sorry you're having trouble paying, we'll get it sorted as soon as we figure out the problem.

I submitted it, although i'm not exactly sure if I sent it in the right section.

How long will I recieve guidance?

I don't think it was because I typed in my information wrong, because it wouldve told me where I did...

Lack's probably gone for the night, but he'll see it first thing in the morning and get back to you. Did you doublecheck to see if the funds were available?

I am also having problems.
A couple of days I could not get my credit card to work either. Yes, I have money on my account.
So I thought I would wait a couple of days.
Now when I click on premium membership I get this warning telling me about the certificate may not be from CC. What do I need to do? Please any help would be very much appreciated.... I miss my premium. :(

I'm responding to your ticket.

To anyone else reading this... if you have problems with the credit card try using PayPal instead. They take credit cards too and you don't need to open an account.

Tried Paypal still doesnt work.

I know I got all my info right and the CVC.. the only reason it wasnt right before, because I was trying different things.

I've been trying to get this Premium for a whole week, this is frusterating with these four games nothing happening.

When you try to pay with paypal, does it keep going to a screen telling you to try again or go back to paypal home page?

Try a different card? Check your balance/limit? Clear your cache?

Prisonbreak, I had the same problems and the only way I could get it to work was to cancel my pay pal. I had no money or any kind of transaction on my pay pal account so it was no big deal for me. Sorry, I could not be more help to you.
