Has gameplay harassment any consequences?

Firelotus ( the one i "enraged" a bit at ) has attacked every turn till he had nothing left, so all his armies are to 1 which obviously serves no point unless he wants to harass people(which he "said" he wanted to do) or favour someone.
But not entirely random : he seems to aim at removing bonusses of others except one person.

Now that last thing makes me suspect a multi but evidence is so thin , it was stupid of me to even mention it.

The real question is : can that kind of gameplay he is showing be given a warning or something else that migh possibly ever in the future straighten this guy out?

you are kidding right? if anything, you look like a total dick for yelling at someone for playing their own game that doesn't fit into your little CC world.

well harassing is a big word indeed...
but i know i read somewhere there are different gradations in harassment.
And its definetly fishy imo . i never seen ANYONE play like that.

BTW, if you gonne edit your posts,do it in a new post and dont be so childish and why all the prvate messages to me?
