In apocolypse USA, What is a radiation Nexus?

to me it looks like just something where you can get a bonus or subtracted armies maybeh

A radiation nexus is a territory with the nuclear symbol on it. eg. SoCal, Dallas, Illinois.

If you own 1 nexus you get -1 troops
2 get -1
3 get 0
4 get +2
5 get +5
6 get +9

So it is a system of bonuses.

What may be confusing you is what your game log tells you about it. The xml for that map is a little out of date and gives confusing messages to achieve it's intended affect.

We are considering an update. I might do it some time and see what people think.
