Because I couldn't vote for an option.

Because it's impossible to ban people from coming back on different IP's etc.

They're just sad individuals.. If you win through cheating, then you don't get much enjoyment out of it right.. so they're sad. Eventually they'll get bored.

So my vote option would be:

"I wouldn't worry too much about it; strip the premium so they get a slight hit in the wallet, and that's it."

People make mistakes. There are always second chances (especially if Lack gets paid).

The question says repeat cheats ie someone doing so more than once. If you have repented your sins then you get to continue. Get caught with your hand in the cookie jar again and its good night to you.
