Response to negative feed back..Only one allowed?

I got negative feedback from a rather nasty minded newcomer. who understands little of the subtilties of our game.After i replied he changed his comment so my initial reply seems quite out of place now. It seems that i can't update my reply..or is it that i am missing something? If it is the case that i can't reply again then surely something is wrong?
