Negative Feedback versus Cheating

Postby Warsteiner on Fri Nov 23, 2007 12:12 pm

When talking about joining games, the thing that's most repelling is Negative feedbacks of the hosting player.

I have read some of the topics lately about cheaters like Krusher, Blackirish and the other dude. What strikes me is; blackirish and that jesus guy only recieved a warning

As if they care about this warning? Nobody can see when they click on their accounts that they are cheaters. When people see me and my negative feedbacks (which aren't even appropriate anymore since freestyle c hanged.) they are repelled from my games. While they happily join the games of cheaters??

I hope you guys see the irony,

Cheers,

Warsteiner

Warsteiner is a good player who will always give you a challenging match and the majority of his negs that I've read are all petty bs from players who objected to his freestyle tactics.

Thank you for defending me here.

The problem described in my topic is not about my negative feedbacks, they're just an example. The problem I describe here goes way bigger.

Feedbacks for one only are a place to revenge for what happens ingame which is wrong. Feedbacks as they are now shoudl actually be changed to not being displayed so much. For example there will be a place where you can simply comment on the playstyle of your opponents. Good or bad without having to leave a negative. This means the feedback will be really feedback. We can have an "abuse" or anything like that comment section which can be displayed where people can make remarks about bad game-chat behaviour and/or abuse/cheating whatsoever.
