Leaving live chat to go to a rt

Everytime I try to leave the callouts and go to a rt to play, the screen freezes up so long that I can never make it to the rt in time.

Is there something that I'm not doing or something I should be doing?

Can someone please help me?

Either dont go to live chat or get a faster internet connection. Thats all i can think of.

Thanks anyway. I'm going to try closing the screen for live chat. See if that works.
