Where one player finished one turn and has to wait on the next player to play, or....how much time does he have to wait until it becomes free for him to play?
I got screwed on this a couple weeks ago because I wanted to wait until I knew it was bed time for an international player and he was able to play. It just happened again because I forgot about it.
Is it 12 hrs?
