What are the odds nothing fishy is going on here?

No one has taken a turn except me in game #1126642. But what are the odds that it is filled with 4 people who have never taken a turn before in any game, and two of whom reference the same person? (Three show as being from the US, 1 from Canada). I guess it's possible. Odd.
