Well, I leave feedback if I think that someone did exceptionally well or exceptionally bad. What's the point of a positive if you get 5 of them for every game you play?
That isn't what the feedback system is there for either, it's there to let other players know what you think of how the person you left feedback for plays. e.g. does he try to ally with other players in order to take out someone, does he suicide, does he curse a lot in the gamechat. Or is the player a brilliant strategist who managed a win out of the blue when noone saw it coming, did he use the teamchat to your mutual advantage which led to you winning against more experienced opponents, it's things like that which I leave feedback for, not to get another positive in return.
I really don't see the point of having a 100 positives that say "good player", "nice guy", "would play him again" and so on that really don't mean anything.
And on a side note, would you want a negative in return every time you leave one of those as well then? No, I didn't think so.
