more armies than there should be - opening move

I have just started a 6 way game of triples and the red player has not made his opening move yet as I have been waiting most of the day for him to move I returned to the game to see if any thing had happened and while checking out the map I noticed that red hand some territories with 5 armies on them I thought that he must have moved to re-enforce the territories so I checked the game log and red still has not made a move . Anyone want to try to explain that to me?? Game 969459 if you want to look

Easy, red's other partner forted him. Blue forted him from his own territories.
It's shown in the game log if u look carefully to see wat ur opponents are doing at the end of their turns.
