What happens if I do this?

What happens if I begin a turn, but never deploy my armies? Does it act as if I missed a turn and save my armies for next deployment even though I already began the turn? I won't have my armies automatically deployed on some random country of mine at the end of my turn because I never deployed them right? Please answer this soon because my turn ends in just over 30 minutes.

you lose those armies. They disappear, and you never get to use them.
