CC canceled my premium. The E-mail said that CC have undertaken an investigation. How can you have an investigation without asking 1 question to the person involved?
That's not an investigation. More than one account showed up on the computer, so my premium was canceled. It was a generic e-mail.
My premium account never played a game with the other accounts in the e-mail.
To me it looks like reneging on a contract.
