feedback error, how can i resolve?

i left someone feeback, it was supposed to be negative but got entered as neutral. i can edit my text but cannot change the neutral to negative, is there some way to resolve this? the player *really* deserves a negative feedback :(

any help is appreciated.

Go to the page with feedback you've left and delete it...
then go back and leave the feedback you intended.

WAIT!

Before you do this, check the game has not been archived already! If it has, you will not be able to leave any feedback and the person will end up with no feedback from you at all.
