I had a pile of 7 moveable armies, 7 targets. killed them all. I am really amazed lol.

Is this a record or not? (and yes in the end the 2 dice and 1 dice vs 1 too ;P)

Not likely, I know I've had 14 on 13 and taken all out. It was just enough to take 5 cards from an opponent in an escalating game. I would suspect the record would lie on the World 2.1 map.

I believe a friend of mine could have the record actually... Not for very many countries (he only took 10)

but they werent 1s. They all had 3s and he had 13 guys to start with. his 13 guys conquered 30 guys and took 10 territories.
