New to doubles games- [team]: Give me your men in the N amer

I have a real noob question.
Just starting to play doubles and triples....
Playing doubles on Classic map my team mate sends request:
"[team]: Give me your men in the N americas !!!"
Is it possible to hand over armies to team mate?

I have moved all my armies out of continent (had to go thru my team mate to do that), and have all my armies defending on Kamchatka.

Is it possible to hand over armies to team mate?

yes it is. In the fortification stage you can move your armies onto your team mates territory
