Is missing 1 turn in a 2 person game basis for negative feedback???

technically, anything related to the gameplay means the feedback is allowed, as long as it isn't something like "gave me neg feedback" or "He beat me, I don't like it".

Personally, though, I wouldn't complain over something that trivial.

I have never left neg feedback for anyone. Because I think it should only be used in the extreme situation; a person deliberately deadbeated the game. Or when they were extremely abusive in chat. Stuff like "eff that, eff this. eff you." etc etc.

Leaving neg feedback for stuff like "wah wah, he used some tactic that I think isn't fair, and I lost because of it" is dumb, and childish.

Somebody deadbeating a game is at least being neutral, somebody suiciding into another is not so is at least as worthy of neg feedback.

Can you hear your self talking? Giving negative feedback because someone used a tactic on you as justification to leave neg feedback? That's like saying "Oh, he called me a cunt, so I think I'm going to beat him up." It's the root of using opinion to attack someone. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't give you the right to attack a person.

Stop being melodramatic !
Negative feedback is not designed as a tool for attacking people,it is an indicator of how a person is likely to play or behave. If somebody is in the habit of suiciding then no doubt that will be reflected in their feedback and consequently the calibre of player prepared to entertain them.
Personally I never leave anybody neg feedback I simply put them on ignore, far more effective.
