Tournament Settings?

yea i was looking through one of the tournaments..i believe it was the super smash bros. one and i'd like to join but...idk wht they meant by settings, like chained and stuff. Can anyone help where to find those at or anything. Thanks

Settings are what kind of reinforcements for card trades. Flat rate which is 4 troops for red, 6 troops for green, 8 troops for blue and 10 for a set of 1red 1 green and 1 blue card.

Also for fortifications adjacent you can only move troops once and they have to be to a neighboring country. Chained you can only move troops once and the country the troops are going to has to have a direct line of your countries from the sending country. Unlimited is as many move as you want but still have to be connected.
